Fellow SU Geography Alumnus,
Summer vacations have come and gone, schools are back in session, and before we know it, the leaves will be changing and fall will be in full swing. We hope this letter finds you and your families happy, healthy, and enjoying the changing season.
First and foremost, we would like to congratulate and welcome the Class of 2026 to SUGAA! We are excited to have you join our alumni community and look forward to staying connected with you in the years ahead.
The past year has brought plenty of milestones for our alumni community, including new careers, travels, marriages, and growing families. Congratulations to everyone who celebrated a wedding, welcomed a new addition to the family, or reached another exciting personal or professional milestone. We wish you continued happiness and success!
For our recent graduates—and those who graduated a little longer ago—who are entering the workforce, considering a career change, or exploring new professional opportunities, be sure to visit the SUGAA Facebook page and the Job Opportunities section of SUGAA.org. Over the years, fellow alumni have shared a wide range of opportunities with us, from entry-level positions to mid-career roles across both the public and private sectors. We will continue sharing these opportunities to help our alumni connect, network, and support one another professionally.
One of our ongoing goals is to have at least one alumnus or alumna from each graduating class help strengthen our alumni network and encourage fellow graduates to become involved with SUGAA. We are also looking for alumni who may be interested in helping maintain and update the SUGAA website. If you would like to get involved in either area, we would love to hear from you.
As our alumni community continues to grow and our lives, careers, and families evolve, we want SUGAA to remain a valuable resource for staying connected. Your ideas, feedback, and participation are what make that possible, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts on how we can build an even stronger alumni network by reaching out to us at SalisburyUniversityGAA@gmail.com, posting directly on the SUGAA Facebook page, or using the Contact page on SUGAA.org.
Homecoming 2026
This year’s SU Homecoming will take place on Saturday, October 10th. We are exploring additional ways for alumni who cannot make it back to campus in person to participate, connect, and say hello. Of course, we will still have an on-campus option for those who are able to attend. Fall is a beautiful time to be back on campus, and we hope to see many of you there!
Details are still being finalized, so please keep an eye on the SUGAA Facebook group and the Events page at SUGAA.org for updates as Homecoming approaches.
Until we have the opportunity to see you again, we wish you and your families good health, safe travels, happiness, and continued success. We look forward to staying connected and seeing you at Homecoming!
Respectfully,
Christopher Nallan, ‘07 Scott Baker, ‘07
